Tennessee FBLA’s capstone conference brings together members for competition, leadership development, and recognition. Over 1,700 student members and advisers attended.

Held across the state in the fall semester, these conferences focus on leadership development, career readiness, and peer connection. More than 250 members and advisers attended statewide.

Chapter Officer Leadership Training
This training equips local chapter officers with the tools to lead effectively and build strong, engaged chapters. More than 20 student members and advisers participated.

Career and Technical Education (CTE) Alignment
Tennessee FBLA supports the goals of CTE by reinforcing classroom instruction with experiential learning and career exploration. Our chapters are embedded in business programs of study, ensuring students gain relevant, real-world skills and exposure to future opportunities.

Workforce Pipeline Development
Through industry partnerships, hands-on programming, and exposure to a variety of business careers, Tennessee FBLA strengthens the future workforce pipeline in Tennessee. Students build connections with professionals, explore postsecondary options, and gain practical insight into their chosen fields.
